Early Childhood Special Education Teacher
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. This position is open immediately. This position will provide special education services to students and will work closely with teachers, admin, and support staff to teach students skills and strategies for managing behaviors.
MN Licensure in Early Childhood Special Education or the ability to become licensed is required.
McGregor ISD #4 is a stable, financially sound school district with high staff retention rates that is located between Duluth and Brainerd. McGregor serves approximately 430 Pre-K-12th grade students which allows us to have small class sizes. McGregor is a beautiful area that has many outdoor recreational opportunities including boating, fishing, hunting, ATV, and bike trails. McGregor belongs to the Northern Lights Special Education Cooperative and has an experienced SPED staff that is very willing to support a new teacher in this area.
Salary Range: $44,878 - $77,299 (based on current master agreement salary schedule). Salary will be prorated for days worked and may be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

Long Term Substitute Physical Education Teacher
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time, long-term substitute Physical Education teacher for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year beginning on March 17, 2025 through May 30, 2025. May be considered for a permanent full-time position at the start of the 2025-2026 school year with potential for coaching opportunities.
Minnesota teacher license required. License in physical education preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist - Full time
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time, on-site/in-person Speech-Language Pathologist Teacher. This position is open immediately or at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. This person is responsible for assessing and delivering instructional and clinical services to individual and small groups of students with speech and language impairments, and related work as apparent or assigned. Minnesota licensure or the ability to become licensed is required.

Qualifications: Must hold a current teaching license or a four-year college degree and ability to obtain a short call substitute license from the MN Department of Education.
