Assistant I Boys Basketball Coach
McGregor Public School is accepting applications for an Assistant I Boys Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 season. There is a $5,254 stipend (based on current master agreement pay schedule) for the coaching season.

Route Bus Driver
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a regular route bus driver effective March 17, 2025.
Valid Minnesota driver’s license, Class B CDL with school bus & passenger endorsements is required.
Salary Range: $24.25 - $27.26 per hour (based on current collective bargaining agreement salary schedule)

School Psychologist
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a .6 FTE School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year to work 3 days per week between the McGregor and Cromwell School Districts. The School Psychologist is responsible to work within a multi-disciplinary team and provide a full range of school psychological services to students ages birth-21. Services include screening and assessment, consultation, special education due process duties, and program evaluation. The School Psychologist will help school staff recognize and provide services for student individual differences to ensure their developmental, academic, social and emotional success.
MN licensure as a School Psychologist is required.

Elementary Special Education Teacher
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The Special Education Teacher is knowledgeable about behavior management and has an understanding of diverse learning needs. Effective strategies for supporting students with academic and behavioral challenges in collaboration with other educational professionals, parents, and administrators.
Current Minnesota Teacher license is required. Preference to Special Education licensure in the areas of EBD, ABS, or another subject and willing to get an out of field license if needed.

Speech-Language Pathologist - Full time
McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a full-time, on-site/in-person Speech-Language Pathologist Teacher. This position is open immediately or at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. This person is responsible for assessing and delivering instructional and clinical services to individual and small groups of students with speech and language impairments, and related work as apparent or assigned. Minnesota licensure or the ability to become licensed is required.
